Conference information is continually updated, so check back frequently.
PDC auditors make recommendations on the technical and educational aspects of PDCs. Feedback helps gauge satisfaction and improves courses for the future.
If you are signed up to audit a PDC and missed the conference call, listen to the recording here or view the slides here.

PDC and Technical Session Presenter, Monitor, Moderator and Arranger Ribbons will be available in the Speaker Ready Room.
The PDC instructors should register and reserve hotel accommodations online or complete the Early Registration and Hotel Reservation Form. The early registration deadline is March 10, 2010. Instructors who register by this deadline will receive badges in advance by mail. Instructors should not register for the PDC(s) they are teaching. Those instructors who wish to attend the AIHce on Monday through Thursday are required to pay the applicable registration fee or the one-day fee.
Presenters of AIHA® and ACGIH member technical sessions (oral) and posters, session arrangers, moderators, and monitors are required to pay the applicable full or one-day registration fee.
Only invited, nonmember roundtable presenters may attend the AIHce at no charge.
Instructors are invited to use the Speaker Ready Room, which will be equipped with editing stations, professional audiovisual technicians, and AIHA®’s education team.
AIHce recommends PowerPoint (ppt) for all presenters. Adobe Acrobat (pdf) and HTML (html) files may also be used.
AIHce-supplied computers in the meeting rooms are Windows-based PCs with Microsoft PowerPoint (Office XP) with the latest versions of Adobe Acrobat Reader, Windows Media Player, and Quick Time for Windows. Other presentation programs will not be available.
PowerPoint 4.x, 98/2001, and 10 created on a Macintosh computer will open successfully on a PC/AIHce-supplied computer.
All sessions will be audio-recorded for sale, unless otherwise noted in the final program. Synchronized recordings of technical session presentations will be available post session, provided that speakers’ permissions have been received. Technical session presenters who do not grant permission to record their presentation will be edited out of the recordings. Copies of individual sessions will be available to the presenters at a reduced rate; discount coupons will be available in the Speaker Ready Room. No personal taping is allowed.
