Registration Information

Register online until May 19th.

After May 19, on-site registration is available at the Colorado Convention Center during the following days/times:

Friday, May 21 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m.
Saturday, May 22-Tuesday, May 25  7:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m.
Wednesday, May 26 7:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 27 7:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.

Save up to $150 on registration fees!

Reserve hotel accommodations when registering for AIHce and receive a credit up to $150 on the cost of registration. The reduction will be applied at the end of the registration process.

Confirmation of registration and hotel accommodations is sent immediately. Look for an email from email_confirm@devmail.expoexchange.com. Individuals registering by April 28 will receive badges and tickets by mail in May. Internationals who register by April 16 will also receive conference credentials by mail.

Members.

Renew AIHA®/ACGIH® membership (online only) before registering and save $$ on registration fees. To avoid delays in receiving renewal notifications, members should make sure their e-mail address is updated in membership records. Members can renew through the AIHA® Member Center or the ACGIH® Membership Homepage .

Nonmembers.

Join AIHA®/ACGIH® now, and save $$ on conference registration fees or register at the nonmember rate and recieve a complimentary 6 month AIHA® membership, valid June through December, 2010.

New! Government Employees.

Government employees may register online by providing credit card payment OR by selecting purchase order payment. An invoice will automatically be generated. Payment must be received within 30 days of the conclusion of the conference.

Employees of Organizational Members.

Individuals who have a complimentary or discounted member rate coupon may register by mailing the applicable coupon (originals only) with the printed Advance Registration and Hotel Reservation form. Online registration is not available.

Local Residents.

Registrants whose permanent address is within 50 miles of the Colorado Convention Center, those sharing a room with another AIHce registrant, or individuals staying with friends are considered “local” and are not subject to the higher registration fee.
